Automator Pro is Level Play Digital's suite of workflow and operational products. LevelStack (live now) is the diagnostic entry point — a one-time Visibility Snapshot and Action Roadmap. SEO Automator Pro (launching soon) monitors and corrects technical SEO across networks of client sites. Workflow, Sites, and IDX Automator Pro are on the product roadmap. Each product is independently priced, independently deployable, and shares the same dashboard.

Is Automator Pro a managed service or a SaaS platform?

It is a SaaS platform. Automator Pro products are designed to operate without ongoing involvement from Level Play Digital. The product engine handles routine technical steps after configuration. Guided onboarding handles setup. You configure the system and manage your client relationships. Level Play Digital is responsible for platform uptime and product performance, not for ongoing management of your deployments.

Do I have to subscribe to all products?

Accepted Answer

No. Every Automator Pro product is sold and priced independently. Teams subscribe to the product that solves their most immediate problem. Workflow and SEO each have their own Starter, Growth, and Enterprise plans. Sites and IDX will follow at launch. All products share a centralized dashboard, so adding products later does not require learning a new system.

What is automated onboarding and is it really included?

Automated onboarding is built into every Automator Pro product. It is not a separate service or add-on. From the moment you subscribe, guided workflows collect your configuration details, verify requirements, and get the product live with minimal back-and-forth. The onboarding flow is the same for every customer, which is how the platform keeps it fast and consistent.

Each product is designed around a specific workflow problem. In Workflow Automator Pro, the system turns meeting notes, transcripts, and project inputs into structured deliverables you can use immediately. In SEO Automator Pro, it continuously monitors for technical SEO issues (schema, metadata, crawl errors) and corrects detected problems across your network. In Sites and IDX Automator Pro (roadmap), guided deployment workflows and feed monitoring are designed to reduce manual setup at scale. Guided onboarding walks you from subscribe to live configuration with minimal back-and-forth.

Who is accountable if an output is inaccurate or a deployment has an issue?

Accepted Answer

Level Play Digital is accountable for platform uptime, product performance, and system functionality. You are accountable for the accuracy and completeness of the configuration data you provide. Incorrect geo-targeting inputs, incomplete brand assets, or inaccurate MLS credentials will produce inaccurate outputs regardless of system performance. Generated content and configurations are based on your inputs; the system does not independently verify business information you provide. For issues that are clearly platform failures, Level Play Digital resolves them. For issues resulting from configuration errors, you are responsible for correcting inputs.

What size organizations are Automator Pro products built for?

Accepted Answer

Teams and firms with recurring deliverable volume — digital agencies, consulting firms, property management, and similar organizations managing roughly 10 or more clients or engagements. Workflow Automator Pro Starter includes up to 30 submissions per month at $499/month; Growth includes up to 100 submissions at $999/month. Enterprise is for larger documentation volumes and custom-priced via demo. Organizations with fewer than 10 clients will not see meaningful ROI from volume-based pricing at this scale.

Can I white-label Automator Pro products for my clients?

White-label options are available as an add-on on Growth plans and are included on Enterprise plans for every Automator Pro product. White-label details, including what is and isn't customizable, are covered during the demo conversation.

What is not supported by Automator Pro?

Accepted Answer

Custom development of any kind. Ongoing management or monitoring of your deployments by Level Play Digital staff. Data entry, content creation, or strategy execution on your behalf. Link building, outreach, or off-page SEO services. Any work that requires Level Play Digital team involvement beyond the platform. If it's not built into the system, it is not available.
